DMCA & Copyright Policy
Effective date: May 23, 2026 · Zaraya Platforms LLC, Texas
1. Our Commitment
Zaraya Platforms LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and providers on our platform to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA") and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Because Zaraya allows users and providers to upload portfolio images, inspiration photos, and other content, we qualify as a "service provider" under the DMCA and maintain safe harbor protections by following the procedures described in this policy.
2. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Zaraya infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it on the platform (e.g., the URL of the specific page or image).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete or inaccurate notices will not be acted upon. Submitting a false or misleading takedown notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
3. Designated Copyright Agent
Send DMCA takedown notices to our designated agent:

Email: legal@zaraya.net
Please include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line of your email. We will acknowledge receipt and investigate promptly.
4. Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user or provider who uploaded the content that it has been removed.
- Provide that user with a copy of the takedown notice (with your contact information redacted if requested).
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you uploaded was removed in error — for example, because you own the rights to it or have a license to use it — you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal (e.g., the URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Texas and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the takedown notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and, unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action, restore the removed content within 10–14 business days.
6. Repeat Infringers
Zaraya has a policy of terminating the accounts of users and providers who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a user is a repeat infringer and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or permanent termination.
7. Good Faith & Abuse
Zaraya will only act on good-faith, complete, and accurate DMCA notices. We reserve the right to disregard notices that are incomplete, abusive, or filed in bad faith. If we determine that a notice was submitted in bad faith, we may share the notice with affected parties and may take other appropriate action.
