Provider Dashboard Guide
A quick reference for every tab in your Zaraya provider dashboard.
Bookings
Your central view of all client appointments — past, present, and upcoming.
- See every booking request submitted through your public profile.
- Confirm or cancel incoming requests from clients.
- Filter by date range (today, this week, custom) or status (requested, confirmed, completed, cancelled).
- Open a message thread with a client directly from their booking.
- Mark a booking as done once the service is complete.
Client Check-In
A front-desk view designed for the day-of — built to run on a tablet at your station.
- See all of today's confirmed appointments sorted by time.
- Tap 'Check In' when a client arrives to mark them as served.
- Add walk-in clients on the spot — enter their name, select a service, and set the time.
- Checked-in clients move to a 'Done' list at the bottom so you always know who's next.
Reviews
Client feedback submitted after completed appointments.
- See all verified reviews left by clients who booked through Zaraya.
- Reviews display on your public profile and help new clients decide to book.
- Only clients with a completed booking can leave a review — no anonymous feedback.
Availability
Set the hours your business is open and when individual team members are available.
- Set business-level hours for each day of the week.
- Set per-staff availability if your team members have different schedules.
- Block specific time windows for breaks, vacations, or closed days.
- Clients can only request appointments within your available hours.
Services
The menu of services clients see when booking with you.
- Add services with a name, price, and duration.
- Services appear on your public profile and in the booking flow.
- Remove a service to stop clients from requesting it.
Style Catalog
Your portfolio — the photos clients browse before deciding to book.
- Upload photos of your best work organized by category.
- Clients can reference your catalog photos when submitting a booking request.
- A strong catalog helps clients feel confident before they arrive.
Promotions
Special offers and discounts that appear on your public profile.
- Create a promotion with a name, discount amount or percentage, and expiry date.
- Active promotions appear on your profile page for clients to see.
- Clients can apply a promotion code during the booking flow.
Team Members
Manage the staff at your business.
- Add team members with a name, role, and optional bio.
- Clients can request a specific team member when booking.
- Set individual availability per staff member under the Availability tab.
Business Profile
Your public-facing business details — what clients see when they find you on Zaraya.
- Update your business name, category, address, phone, and bio.
- Add social links (Instagram, TikTok) to your profile.
- Changes here reflect immediately on your public profile page.
- Your profile must be marked active by the Zaraya team before it appears in search results.
